My client, who are a well-established global agency, are looking for Managers, AVPs, VPs and SVPs to join their NYC office and inherit teams of 3-15 headcount.
This is a hands on 360 billing role, alongside managing your experienced team.
Experience of managing teams as well as proven success in growing a desk in your vertical market within IT, and successful billings year on year are essential for this role.
- Office based in NYC
- Flexi on base up to $135k (plus guarantees, individual commission up to 30% and monthly team bonus on top)
- 24 days PTO + birthday off
- Different options of medical packages, life insurance, discount schemes etc.
- Inherit an experienced team of up to 15 people from day 1, take over a hot desk and continue to grow this desk and develop the team.
