They are a globally established agency with a strong US presence, and they are looking for a L&D Partner for their dynamic NYC office, which operates on a hybrid model with four days a week in the office.

This isn't a typical L&D role; it's a chance for an experienced 360 recruiter to pivot away from a traditional billing or management path and become a mentor to recruiters at all levels. Your time would be predominantly spent on 1-on-1 coaching, data analysis to provide strategic insights to leadership, and a small portion on classroom-style training. Their core sectors: Professional Services, Finance, and Insurance. The compensation is highly competitive, with the L&D Partner offering a salary of up to $115,000, plus quarterly bonuses.
