Your time would be predominantly spent on 1-on-1 coaching, data analysis to provide strategic insights to leadership, and a small portion on classroom-style training. Their core sectors: Professional Services, Finance, and Insurance. The compensation is highly competitive, with the L&D Partner offering a salary of up to $115,000, plus quarterly bonuses.
