Our client, a leading international recruitment firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Wealth Management team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to own their desk, build lasting client relationships, and develop top talent across the financial services sector.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Investment Management roles

• Build and grow a strong client portfolio, winning new business and strengthening existing relationships

• Source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates using networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach

• Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs in a competitive, fast-paced environment

• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insight and guidance

• Contribute to a high-performance culture, collaborating with colleagues across teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related sectors

• Strong track record of business development and candidate delivery

• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at senior levels

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
