My client is expanding their team in Boston! As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll capitalize on your expertise to drive recruitment efforts and build lasting client relationships.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong business development skills.
- Proven ability to bring in new business.
- Vertical specialization across the Medical Device, Pharma, or Life Science Sectors.
- Previous experience in a full 360 desk recruitment.
- Collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What We Offer:
