Role: Senior Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant

Location: Reading, hybrid working

Salary: £30k (DOE) plus commission and benefits

 

About: Established experts in Commerce & Industry, Financial Services & Not-for-Profit. Our Consultants are specialists in the Accountancy & Finance, sector and region they service. We can offer permanent, contract & interim recruitment solutions, so you will always work with someone who knows your market inside out. As well as established Consultants covering the South East, we have a large team in London, so we can service clients with multiple locations and attract candidates across a wide demographic.

We deliver briefs between £30-120k, and a mix of contingent, exclusive and retained search. Predominately working across the Private Sector and clients in Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey and Hampshire.

 

The role:

• 360 recruitment, deliver consistent revenue through great service and new business

• Develop unique relationships for you and the business, build a marketplace you are proud of

• Partner with the London team to build relationships together

• Over time, working with the Directors help develop the Southeast proposition, via great social media, events and other initiatives
