My client specializes in the placements of contract and direct hire resources within all facets of the Accounting Field, supporting CPA Firms, Business Management Practices, Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, Commercial Businesses, and Financial Institutions.

The Position on offer
You'd be joining the Corporate Finance division as a Senior Manager. This would be an individual contributor role, running a 360 desk, growing your client base, candidate pipeline and focusing on expanding that division nationwide.
What are they looking for?
- Previous experience in the Finance & Accounting sector, ideally experience in Public Accounting.
- An individual who is self-driven, who can excel in an individual contributor role.
- Proven track record in business development and recruiting, who can take ownership of one of their division's and expand that market nationally.
- Track record in revenue/gross margins as an individual contributor.
- Track record in accounts brought on and job orders generated within your market specialization.
