Role - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary up to 30k plus commission and benefits
Location - Outskirts of Reading with Parking, office based
Join the team of a rapidly growing Engineering Recruitment business operating on both Mechanical and Software Engineering spaces.
The client looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of Engineering or Technical roles, from entry-level to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of the 360 Sales team to understand to bring on new clients and partner with them on filling their jobs
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source and attract top Engineering talent
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
- Present the best candidates to clients for consideration
- Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates
- Business Development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical recruitment
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of IT roles
- Strong understanding of the Tech/Engineering industry and the latest trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in developing and delivering recruitment presentations
