Job Title - 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant HSEQ Construction
Location - Hampshire
Salary - up to 30k DPE plus Commission and Benefits
Hybrid Working structure 4 days office 1 day remote office has free parking
Our client is a market leader in the HSEQ Recruitment space and is looking for a new Senior Delivery Consultant to work the candidate side of the HSEQ market. This is an established desk and the person coming in will have multiple roles to Resource from day one!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Evidenced success as a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcing Consultant and desire to progress in to more of an Account Manager role
- Strong ambitions to succeed and progress
- Highly competent matchmaking skills, pairing candidates to clients’ requirements
- Strong levels of confidence working with targets and deadlines
- A positive aptitude
- A good personality!
- And last but not least, a flair for delivery and exceptional processes!
Benefits:
- Up to £30k base salary (pending on your level of experience within recruitment)
- OTE’s in excess of £100,000 (with guarantee available)
- Up to 30% un-capped commission
