Are you a New York based results-driven Recruitment Consultant looking to excel in the Technology industry? My client are looking for a experienced Technology recruiter in a full-desk 360 position looking to progress in their career.
Working in a collaborative environment alongside the experienced team, you'll grow your vertical market within Technology. Their core markets currently are in Software, Salesforce, Oracle, and Cyber Security. You'll be a 360 consultant and be given autonomy to grow your vertical market.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong business development and resourcing skills.
- Proven ability to bring in new business.
- Form strong relationships with candidates.
- Specialize in your chosen vertical market within Technology.
- Previous experience in a full 360 desk within Technology recruitment.
- Collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
