360 Recruitment Consultant – Reading (Flexible Working)
£30,000 – £35,000 basic + up to 30% commission
We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, modern recruitment business based in Reading who are looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 12–36 months recruitment experience (360 or delivery background)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Motivated, ambitious and commercially minded
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
