Job Title - Principal/Team Lead/Managing Consultant Fin Tech Payments
Location - London - Hybrid options available
Salary - 50-70k Basic (DPE) plus commission and benefits
The client is a global IT Recruitment business looking for someone to come in a spear head their Fintech and Payments, with the markets mapped out below -
Fintech & Payments – GTM (Go to market)
GTM = Sales, Channel, Alliance, Presales, Product Marketing, Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Support , Professional Services.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior/Principal Consultant who has exposure to the markets and wants to move to a global brand and progress their recruitment career.
The Role
- Be an expert at identifying talent for clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the landscape
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process with a client
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients, to pick up roles
- Work with existing and new clients to grow our the market

The Candidate
- Possess 3 years+ experience in the Fintech Payments and Transactions market
- Proven track record of billings circa £200K+
- Passionate about growing a team around you
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly ambitious
