Job Title - Principal Transformation Recruiter

Location - Reading/London

Salary - Up to 50k DPE + Commission and Benefits

Job Description

The client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk currently turnover of 600k in Interim revenue. The candidate must come from either a Transformation 360 Recruitment background and have experience in placing Interim or Accountancy Interim looking to move in to Transformation. This is a legacy desk for the client so the person joining will have at least 4-5 years experience and be able to meet the clients and expand on the business from the off. There will be an opportunity to develop a team but initially this will be a stand alone role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Work with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
  • Source and screen candidates for a variety of accountancy roles
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
  • Present the best candidates to clients for consideration
  • Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates
  • Mentor and develop junior recruitment consultants

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in either Transformation or Accountancy Interim 360 recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of accountancy roles
  • Strong understanding of the accountancy industry and the latest trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
