Salary up to 45k DPE Plus Commission and Benefits
Our Client is established Recruitment business, looking to grow a team from their Reading office to service and grow their UK/European Engineering and IT client base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales proposals
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Work with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of industries and roles
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
- Present the best candidates to clients for consideration
- Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in IT or Engineering 360 recruitment experience or IT B2B Sales
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for the Tech Space
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in developing and delivering sales projects
