Job Title - Senior/Principal Accountancy Recruiter

Location - Reading

Salary - Up to 50k DPE + Commission and Benefits

Job Description

They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountancy Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of accountancy roles, from entry-level to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Work with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
  • Source and screen candidates for a variety of accountancy roles
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
  • Present the best candidates to clients for consideration
  • Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates
  • Mentor and develop junior recruitment consultants

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in accountancy recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of accountancy roles
  • Strong understanding of the accountancy industry and the latest trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in developing and delivering sales proposals
