Job Description
They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountancy Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of accountancy roles, from entry-level to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales proposals
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Work with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of accountancy roles
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
- Present the best candidates to clients for consideration
- Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates
- Mentor and develop junior recruitment consultants
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accountancy recruitment
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of accountancy roles
- Strong understanding of the accountancy industry and the latest trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in developing and delivering sales proposals
