The Role

My client is seeking a Senior Recruitment/Principal Consultant to join the Permanent Team, specialising in one of the company’s core software markets below:

 

• NetSuite
• Salesforce
• AWS
• Azure
• Epicore/Sightline
• Workday

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proof of Billings – Track record of billings within your market specialisation.
• Driven to take charge of their respective divisions and foster growth within one of the company’s core software markets.
• Comfortable building both a client and candidate pipeline on a cold desk - taking ownership of a division and expanding their market nationally.
• Strong skills in business development and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

 

Desirables:

• Previous experience with one of the company’s core market software.
• Previous experience in Tech recruitment within Finance sector.
