Base Salary: $65,000 – $200,000 (DOE) + 10-70% Commission Structure

Market: Legal / Law Firm search.

Seniority: Partner-level moves, Associate teams, and Broker Mergers.

Fees: High-value searches ranging from $200k to $500k+, with Partner moves often reaching seven-figure fees.

Model: A proven 50/50 split of Retained/Exclusive and Contingent work.

Seniors ($100k–$200k Base): A high-performance model with tiers at 35%, 40%, and 50% commission, scaling up to 70% for Partner-level billings.

Who You Are

The Headhunter: You have 1–5+ years of experience in high-level professional services. We will cross-train into Legal, provided you have experience in Banking, Accountancy, or Consulting.

The Networker: You prefer working passive candidates and building long-term relationships over high-volume, transactional recruitment.

The Ambition: You want a clear, criteria-based roadmap to leadership and the opportunity to build actual equity in a scaling firm.
