What We’re Looking For

12+ months of recruitment experience within Technology or Data, ideally contract

Someone seeking to run a warm, fast-moving 360 contract desk across Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, BI, ML Ops, etc.

What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior level contract Data specialists via networking, LinkedIn, targeted outreach, events, and referrals

Manage full end-to-end contract recruitment cycles — qualification, interviews, onboarding, extension management, and rate negotiations

Drive proactive business development within the Data market through events, market mapping, insights, and long-term relationship building

Grow your niche specialism with the backing of a strong global brand and established market presence
