Partnered with a thriving and established recruitment agency that is fully remote, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter within the IT sector.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Staffing Industry, my client specializes in the placements of contract and direct hire resources within all facets of the IT, Executive, and Supply Chain sectors.

What are they looking for?
- An individual who is self-driven, who can excel in an individual contributor role.
- Proven track record in business development and recruiting, who can take ownership of one of the IT division and expand that market nationally.
- Proven track record in generating consistent amount of Weekly GP, as a full desk contract recruiter.
- Candidates that understand their numbers (Weekly GP)
- Candidates that understand either how much perm revenue/perm billings or gross. profit/margin they have had in the last couple of years (their half).
