The HTD model offers a number of benefits to both employers and employees. Employers can gain access to a wider pool of talent, reduce the time it takes to fill open positions, and improve employee retention. Employees can benefit from the opportunity to learn new skills, gain work experience, and advance their careers.
Here is a step-by-step overview of the HTD process:
- Hire: The HTD provider works with the employer to identify the skills and experience required for the role. They then source and screen candidates, and present the most qualified candidates to the employer for interview.
- Train: Once a candidate has been selected, the HTD provider provides them with the necessary training to be successful in the role. This training may include technical skills training, soft skills training, and training on the employer's specific systems and processes.
- Deploy: Once the candidate has completed their training, they are deployed to work on the client site. The HTD provider typically provides ongoing support to the employee during their deployment, and may also help them to transition into a permanent role with the client if that is an option.
