Are you a high-billing 360 Cyber Sales Recruiter ready to step into a leadership role, or an established lead looking for a new challenge?
This is a senior opportunity to join a specialist recruitment and search firm that partners with cyber security vendors, consultancies and high-growth technology businesses globally, focusing specifically on the placement of sales professionals within the cyber security space. The business is known for its deep market knowledge, international reach, and long-term client partnerships across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.
You’ll take ownership of the cyber sales practice, driving revenue through your own desk while shaping strategy, mentoring consultants, and scaling a high-performing function.
The Role

Full 360 recruitment across Cyber Security Sales roles (new business & account management)

Build and grow long-term relationships with global cyber vendors and services firms

Lead from the front with a strong personal billing contribution

Mentor, support and develop consultants as the practice grows

Play a key role in shaping the direction and commercial success of the cyber sales division
What We’re Looking For

Proven 360 recruitment experience placing sales professionals into the cyber security market

Demonstrable billing history and consistent revenue delivery
-
Either:

A Principal Consultant ready to step up into a Lead / Head-of role, or
-
An existing Team Lead / Practice Lead seeking a new challenge

UK-based, comfortable working fully remotely

Commercial, credible and confident operating at senior client level
