My client is a highly autonomous team looking for their next senior member. They specialise in challenging, deep tech roles with VC-backed startups and scale-ups across Europe/US, covering critical market domains like:
- Quantitative Trading ;Research
- Algorithmic Trading Systems
- Low-Latency Engineering (C++/Rust/Go)
- Applied AI / Machine Learning (ML)
- MLOps ;AI Observability (specialising in Quant/Algo environments)
- Robotics ;Autonomous Systems

- Massive Earning Potential: Generous base salary plus 20-25% commission (no threshold, uncapped). Keep 70% of the fee on house accounts.
