Job Title - 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant HSEQ Construction

Location - Hampshire

Salary - up to 35k DPE plus Commission and Benefits

Hybrid Working structure 4 days office 1 day remote office has free parking

Our client is a market leader in the HSEQ Recruitment space and is looking for a new Senior Consultant to take over and manage the Construction desk.  This is an established desk and the person coming in to take over will inherit clients from day one to service and continue to grow out.

• Evidenced success as a Recruitment Consultant and desire to move in to a Senior Consultant role
• Strong ambitions to succeed and progress
• Highly competent matchmaking skills, pairing candidates to clients’ requirements
• Strong levels of confidence working with targets and deadlines
• A positive aptitude 
• A good personality! 
• And last but not least, a flair for sales!

Benefits:

• Up to £35k base salary (pending on your level of experience within recruitment)
• OTE’s in excess of £100,000 (with guarantee available)
