What You’ll Do:
✅ Source and place top Engineering professionals in leading firms
✅ Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in 360 Recruitment or strong sales background
✔ Knowledge of the engineering industry (mechanical, civil, electrical, etc.)
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
