Job Title - Associate Recruitment Consultant
Salary - Up to 25k DPE plus Commission and Benefits
Location - Outskirts of Reading with parking
The Client is a rapidly expanding Engineering Recruitment business that has doubled in size year on year.
With modern offices on the outskirts of Reading with parking, the client offers a great working space with fantastic team culture, incentives and L&D for people joining. The client is at an exciting growth stage and is looking to hire from entry level to 18 months experience in Recruitment, the client would like Engineering experience but are also happy to cross train motivated individuals in the Engineering Recruitment market.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working in a sales or recruitment
- Confidence speaking both on and off the phone with a range of individuals
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic pay
- Team player with excellent problem solving skills
- Positive mindset and willing to go the extra mile
The Role –
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring priorities
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Manage the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiate the best contract/package for your candidate
- Close deals and earn commission!
