Key points

 

• £1m billed within first year from a standing start

• Daily mentoring from our Founder (Billed £450k last year on perm)

• £15k from profits donated to charity in Y1 and growing each year

• Consultant average yearly billings on 360: £180k-300K

• 360 Playbook (50-page playbook on everything Business Development & solution selling)

 

 

Required Attributes:

 

• 3+ years recruitment experience as a minimum

• Proven experience as a 360 Consultant within Technology Recruitment

• Has billed £130k+ within a year

• Ability to “talk the tech” when qualifying & building relationships with candidates

• Able to mentor junior consultants on basic recruitment best practices

• Enjoys building client relationships & would want to build communities & attend meet ups
• Wanting to scale to Director within a year
