I am partnered with a growing Construction, Architecture and Civil Engineering staffing agency who are expanding their team in Hoboken, New Jersey. They are looking for someone with sales experience who they can develop into a full-desk consultant position.
This role involves business development, generating and chasing leads, managing client relationships and accounts, candidate sourcing, headhunting, negotiating offers and closing deals.
You'll be given autonomy to grow out your preferred market. All of the tools, training and support needed to be successful will be provided throughout your career, as well as fast track progression due to being a small scaling business. You’ll be given accounts and roles to work on from day 1 so there is the opportunity to earn commission straight away whilst learning the role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a growing business, progress in their career, and increase their earning potential. Base salary is negotiable DOE with a no threshold commission structure paying 20% on everything billed, increasing to 25%. It is realistic to earn over $100k in year one with their industry leading commission structure!
